We are passionate about food at the Brent Knoll using the best quality locally sourced seasonal produce.
All our food here is homemade and cooked by our 2 very experienced chefs. We source our meats from Pynes of North Petherton which is an award winning butcher, who uses all local Somerset farmers for his meats. Our veg comes from all the local producers around the county and our fresh fish is also caught from around our shores.
